Refund policy

Unused parts in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Call the counter or email sales@dwclutch.com for a return authorization before you send anything back. Freight on the return is yours unless we packed the wrong SKU or the part was damaged in our carton. Electrical parts, special-order lines, and opened kits are reviewed case by case. Cores and deposits follow the terms on the invoice. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after the warehouse inspects the return. PayPal and card refunds follow the processor’s timing.
